1. Website Estimates

Our website currently allows customers to add products to a cart and generate an estimate. No direct online sale is completed through the website.

Therefore, adding products to the cart or generating an estimate does not create a confirmed order or payment transaction.

2. Cancellation of Estimates

Customers may modify or discontinue their estimate request before an order is confirmed.

An estimate may be changed based on product availability, quantity, pricing, or other applicable conditions.

3. Returns

Returns or exchanges will only apply to products that have been purchased through a confirmed transaction with DSL Fire Works and will be considered according to the circumstances of the purchase and applicable laws.

For safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, or improperly stored fireworks may not be eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable law.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or different from the confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant details and photographs, where applicable.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

5. Refunds

Since the website does not currently process online payments, no online refund is applicable to an estimate that has not resulted in a confirmed purchase.

Any refund relating to a completed purchase will be handled according to the applicable purchase terms and applicable law.
